Every year, many excellent engineers, welding worker, FRP workers who wish to work in Japan are selected to recommend to factories of Tamada Corporation (the parent company of Tamada Vietnam in Japan) following the “Technical internship” program. Until now, many engineers, welding workers, FRP workers have been interned and worked from six months to three or five years according to their personal wishes at factories in Japan. This is a very practical program: recommended engineers or workers do not have to pay any fees, have opportunity to be trained to improve their skills and receive salary, benefits and allowances according to Japanese regulations. After finishing their internship or working and came back to their home country, most of them returned to Tamada Vietnam to continue working to develop their acquired skills and knowledge and make great contributions to the company's development.
